We are currently seeking top talent for an exciting Executive Assistant job opening in Mississauga, Ontario. In this full-time, temporary to permanent opportunity, you will be responsible for providing detailed administrative support to the CEO who oversees a number of businesses. As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will use your skills and experience to provide high level support while multi-tasking and prioritizing the work and needs at hand. The Executive Assistant job opening in Mississauga, ON may include but are not limited to:


  • Provide high level calendar management with emphasis on proactive planning, scheduling internal and external client meetings and Board meetings including organizing agendas etc.
  • Travel arrangements both domestic and international including all the related logistics and requirements
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, emails, reports and create PowerPoint presentations with detail and timeliness
  • Manage expenses, enter and process expense reports with accuracy
  • Communicating with clients/executives/donors via phone, in-person and email; this can also include internal and external clients
  • May be required to attend meetings; responsible for taking minutes and sharing later
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination when needed
  • Perform various office administrative/coordinator functions; assist in the needs of a small office setting as needed.


Some of the skills and qualifications for this Executive Assistant job opening in Mississauga, ON include:


  • Demonstrated Executive Assistant experience - preferably 5+ years directly related career experience; C-Suite experience required
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strengths in drafting communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Highly detailed but also someone who can be direct, to the point and can work with a similar work-style; pleasant/professional but direct

This is a permanent vacancy but ‘fit’ is most important for all parties so this will commence on a temporary basis with the goal to become permanent for the right match.
