Role Summary:

Clark Influence is looking for a passionate and seasoned Sales Director to elevate our sales team to new heights! We're seeking someone with a proven background in influencer marketing or an advertising agency, a strong grasp of social media platforms (with a special focus on TikTok), and extensive experience in the Canadian market—bonus points for experience in the U.S. market!

As our Sales Director, you'll be the driving force behind developing and executing strategic sales plans to hit ambitious revenue goals, forging strong relationships with key clients, and inspiring your team with a clear vision for success. You’ll also play a vital role in bringing new clients on board through proactive outreach and supporting your colleagues and broader sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed Clark Influence’s revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and surpassed.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends, particularly on TikTok and other social media platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the account management teams to ensure a unified client acquisition and retention approach.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Represent Clark Influence at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to elevate the agency's presence and services.


Requirements (About You):

  • At least five years of sales leadership experience in the digital or influencer marketing industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok and other social media platforms.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to devise innovative sales strategies.
  • Flexibility to work within the North American EST timezone.
