Inspired by French cuisine and infused with international flavours, the restaurant Renoir, situated in downtown Montreal’s Golden Square Mile district, offers fine, inventive cuisine utilizing local products. French Chef Olivier Perret's dishes are built around traditional Quebec fare and are consistently embellished with a French touch. Renoir Restaurant has received two "Toques" in Montreal's first edition of the prestigious French gastronomy guide Gault & Millau and the best grade out of all hotel restaurants in Montreal. Chef Olivier Perret is a Maître Cuisinier de France winner and chef Roland Del Monte a Meilleur Ouvrier de France winner.
