Today is World Menopause Day, aimed at raising awareness of how the menopause can affect people at different ages and in various ways. ✨ This week we were delighted to have the founder of Vitality40Plus and menopause ambassador Trudi Roscouet deliver training to some of our team. The session helped to empower managers by enhancing their understanding of the symptoms of menopause and ensuring they have the skills to handle any sensitive conversations related to menopause health.   📝 We are also a proud signatory to ‘The 51 Employers Pledge’ – a list of employers working hard to create menopause-friendly workplaces.
