Last week, we introduced Arcium during TOKEN2049 and Solana Foundation's Breakpoint. Arcium is a global supercomputer for a hyper-encrypted internet, equipping any on or off-chain application to efficiently compute over encrypted data. This not only empowers current systems but opens up completely new design spaces capable of transforming the fabric of the internet. A new vertical is emerging in Web3 called DeCC (Decentralized Confidential Computing). Arcium is spearheading the acronym's establishment, aiming to make it as prominent and recognizable as DeFi and DePIN. DeCC comprises the projects and technologies enabling data privacy, protection, and security. Crucial to many sectors and verticals, DeCC injects new fundamentals into the internet to ensure individuals and organizations can utilize the full potential of data-driven innovation while maintaining absolute control over their sensitive information. It's also paradigm shift that has the power to dissolve technological monopolies dependent on the exploitation of user data and information, empowering a more equitable, open, and secure web.
