März in Rodels öffentliche Infoveranstaltungen statt.

🌬️💡 Bringing wind energy to the people How big is a wind turbine really? This is a key question for many—especially in regions where new wind projects are being planned. At Axpo Group, we prioritise transparency and open dialogue to address these concerns directly on-site. That’s why we took an innovative approach on Flumserberg: using drones to visualise the actual size of a planned wind turbine. ⚡ 📍 100+ interested participants attended our information event, gaining a clearer picture of how the project could integrate into the landscape and having the opportunity to ask their questions. 💬 Open dialogue is key We engage directly with local communities, listen to their concerns, and provide fact-based insights to build understanding and trust. 🎥 Curious to see how it worked? In the attached video, Cédric Aubert explains our approach! #WindEnergy #Transparency #RenewableEnergy

🔬 European #energy prices dropped in February amid heightened geopolitical uncertainty, despite bullish market fundamentals. Andy Sommer, Head of Fundamental #Analysis, #Modelling & #Meteorology, and his team provide the key insights: ❄️ 1. Colder temperatures increased energy demand, with Germany recording temperatures 5°C lower than last year. 🍃 2. #Wind power underperformed, with wind generation in CWE dropping ~17 GW below seasonal norms, while coal-fired power surged 40% YoY to fill the gap. ⛽ 3. Falling prices for #gas, #coal, and EU carbon allowances (#EUAs) offset bullish market trends, driving power futures downwards. Looking ahead to March, strong LNG imports could ease gas markets, but policy uncertainty—extended EU gas storage rules, the Clean Industrial Deal, and escalating trade tensions—keeps risks in play. 🔍 Get exclusive insights in this month’s European Energy Markets Monthly (#EEMM): https://lnkd.in/eyC-UYzA #Axpo #AxpoEEMM #EnergyCommodities #EnergyMarkets #CleanIndustrialDeal
