Our #BAUMANN Automotive & Industry Division wrapped up its second Management Days this year!   This bi-annual tradition brings our team #together and allow us to focus on our key initiatives and strategic planning in completely different way.   From #ProductivityImprovement Workshop to advancing Operational Excellence (BOX), and executing strong Plant and Sales Strategies – we really covered a lot of ground during those 3 days! 💪   To balance our intensive strategic meetings, we also attended delightful winery tour in picturesque Franciacorta and tested our #teamwork as we hit the waters for some proper team-building. Last week, our annual #teambuilding event for our trainess from #BAUMANN Germany took place in Wolfurt, Austria.   👉 This year’s star on the agenda was visiting our supplier Meusburger Georg GmbH & Co KG - the company from which we purchase our steel plates.   After very interesting and informative factory tour, our trainees were able to test their team spirit during laser tag match.   We ended the evening in a relaxed atmosphere, playing billiard and enjoying the time #TOGETHER.   💪 A big thank you to our trainees for participating and good luck with the training program!   #BAUMANNGroup #BAUMANNMedical #companyculture

🏗 We are building the future #TOGETHER!   We are excited to announce our board of directors approved the construction of a new production hall at our site in Karviná, Czech Republic!   This 2500 m2 expansion will nearly double our production space, allowing us to meet the growing demand of our thriving business and enhance our capabilities across our strategic business fields.   Our new facility will create much needed dedicated area for rocket growing BAUMANN MEDICAL. In addition, we will establish a new Global Services HUB, from which major global functions will be served for the entire BAUMANN Group.   With an investment of up to 15 million CHF over the coming years, we’re proud to contribute to the growth of the industrial site in Karviná, creating over 100 new job opportunities and bringing new and exciting technology.   This extensive project led by our Project Manager Andre Holdener has now reached a big milestone and we are happy to share that the construction works by our partner Takenaka Europe GmbH Czech Branch are officially under way!   Last week we had a small ceremony by the first pillar with the local team - General Manager Jan Zabensky, BAUMANN MEDICAL CZ Head of Operations Lukas Kroczek and Head of Finance & Shared Service Centre Jitka Malířová celebrated the start of the construction and left a small mark for #BAUMANN generations to come.   Our continued growth is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team, and we couldn’t be more proud of this next chapter on our journey!
