Bring Women Back to Work

I am always guided by my instinct, and I am delighted to have made the decision to establish an NGO for our program, BWBW. What led me to this decision? Since the program's launched, more than 100 women have successfully returned to work and entered the workforce after taking a longer career break and in a new Industry, all thanks to the community of Bwbw! My team and over 100 volunteers are dedicated to accelerating and expanding the program to new heights. Our aim is to reskill 4000 women by 2026 and reintegrate 3700 of them into the Salesforce Ecosystem! This significant step forward will enable us to secure funds and find donors to expedite expansion into other countries! My ultimate goal is to extend our reach to various locations in Europe, as well as places like Africa and India, wherever our women need us the most! A few words about Sophie Williams: After a long career break, Sophie Williams decided to become an English communication coach. With over 14 years of experience coaching business and management teams in Switzerland, Sophie has developed a reputation for delivering practical, confidence-building workshops.
