Last week, I had the privilege to present our recent work on a knowledge management solution for a leading retailer, a project that leverages the power of GenAI to address the unique challenges faced by large, dynamic teams. High turnover and constant demand for quick, accurate information can make it difficult to keep operations running smoothly. Our solution tackles these pain points by providing employees with instant access to critical knowledge, reducing dependency on managers and time spent searching through original sources. At D ONE – Data Driven Value Creation, we’re thrilled to see the impact this brings to our client’s efficiency and look forward to further innovations in knowledge management. On October 31st… We had our Halloteam Meeting! 👻 Where we got to learn from the projects we don’t personally work on. The topics this time were: at-home blood testing to transform cancer care, how to turn around data projects, empowering BI with Databricks and how to solve the biggest issues with GenAI Apps. Here’s a key takeaway: the use of AI is becoming ubiquitous AI/GenAI automate routine tasks, hide away tedious manual tasks such as web search, and enhance decision-making. This shift is reshaping all industries. The tractor took 50 years to reach its full economic benefit, not least because farms needed to grow bigger.
