🌟 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻! 🌟 We’re excited to announce the open sourcing of Procivis One, our decentralized digital identity and credentials solution, which has been in production since September 2024 in the city of Zug — the first Swiss authority to issue decentralized digital credentials. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗲? Procivis One was developed to address the key factors preventing the widespread adoption of decentralized digital identity and verifiable credentials. These include: ➡️ 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: Until recently, many jurisdictions lacked governance systems that ensure secure and trustworthy decentralized identity wallets and verifiable credentials. ➡️ 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:  In the dynamic innovation process, stakeholders hesitate to invest due to concerns about fragmented standards and the risk of sunk costs. ➡️ 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲: Organizations need scalable, cost-effective solutions to confidently adopt decentralized digital identity and verifiable credentials.
