Rieter Inspires the Next Generation at DKTE! Getting valuable insights from the industry is decisive so students can prepare for future challenges. Rieter recently conducted an engaging seminar on the latest rotor and air-jet spinning technologies for the faculty and students of DKTE'S Textile and Engineering Institute - An Empowered Autonomous Institute - in Ichalkaranji, India. The session covered key topics, including the advancements of the fastest spinning technology on the market, air-jet spinning, and the rising importance of rotor spinning technology in India. The seminar provided students with valuable insights into how technological innovations are transforming the textile industry. They learned how advancements in spinning technology enhance mill operations, improve efficiency and sustainability, and drive competitiveness in an evolving market – preparing them with the knowledge and skills needed for their future careers. Säntis Textiles, Temsan and Rieter – Exploring the Future of Recycling Technology!   In a recent visit to the new showroom of Säntis Textiles in Zurich, Switzerland, Rieter engaged with this innovative Swiss textile company and its partner Temsan Air around its fiber friendly recycling technology. The focus was on the exchange of knowledge and experience regarding the opening of textile waste, which is well suited for spinning high-quality recycled ring yarn. Säntis Textiles presented its RCO100, a mechanical fiber opening technology designed to preserve the original fiber structure with minimal degradation.    Reimagining recycling takes teamwork.
