📚 🚨 NEW PAPER ALERT | 🔬 #Pancreatic #Islet clusters generated in #Gri3D plates with hydrogel microwells of different sizes and an imaging-bottom 🔍 Exciting research from Elisa Zanfrini, PhD, Manuj Bandral, Ph.D., et al. at the Paul-Langerhans-Institut Dresden of the German Center for Diabetes Research (DZD e.V.) demonstrates the power of #Gri3D hydrogel microwell plates for high-content live imaging of hPS cell-derived #pancreatic #islet #clusters! 🧬 Using #CRISPRCas9 gene editing, the team created new hPS cell reporter lines tagged with fluorescent markers to track key differentiation processes.
