🚀 Exciting times at BIO INX! 🚀 We are thrilled to host the TissueLabs TissueRay printer in our lab as part of the INCART3D project in collaboration with Smart BioMaterials Consortium (SBMC)! This Interreg CrossRoads Vlaanderen-Nederland project focuses on developing cartilage-specific bioinks for light-based printing technologies. 🌱🦴 We're proud to share that we’ve already managed to succesfully print our first structures using DEGRES INX X100, our biodegradable shape-memory DLP bioresin (https://lnkd.in/erp8Qnfk). 🎉 This initial success is a perfect example of the plug&print nature of our bioresins! We can't wait to dive deeper into our bioink development and explore all the possibilities this technology has to offer to cartilage regeneration! - 'From light to life!' 🎉 Kickoff meeting for INCART-3D Project! 🎉 This week, together with BIO INX we launched the INCART-3D project, supported by Interreg Crossroads Vlaanderen-Nederland. This project aims to revolutionize cartilage regeneration using advanced 3D #bioprinting technology. At the kickoff, we outlined strategies and milestones, with key attendees including (f.l.t.r.) Aysu Arslan (BIO INX), Jan Rietsema (SBMC), Bastiaan Ippel (SBMC), and Jasper Van Hoorick (BIO INX). SBMC’s new TissueRay printer from TissueLabs will soon be operational for printing scaffolds to evaluate new bioinks optimized for DLP printing. Special thanks to Interreg Vlaanderen-Nederland and the European Commission for making this project possible! And of course to the BIO INX-team for their hospitality...
