10 years Oriana Scicchitano-Spitaleri & USP Partner AG - wow, what an anniversary dear Ori! From (temporary!) junior project manager, project manager, senior project manager to client service director, you have come a long way in that time - and you never had to ask for a career move, but always let your actions speak for themselves. During this time, you have been responsible for the largest people projects at our company and have experienced and managed all major trade fairs. In addition to many other projects and shared experiences, our first joint project with the OSCE Ministerial Council Conference in Basel, where we were responsible for the entire congress staff for this high-profile event and rocked the project together in Basel (and experienced countless fun moments... 😉 ), remains unforgettable to me. With your most important role as a mother of two, you have also taken on a different role with us with a slightly reduced workload and now contribute your entire agency know-how in the area of process and quality management – and are a huge support for the whole team while working a little more in the background in the service of our customers. Dearest Ori, I can't thank you enough for all you've done for our customers and USP Partner AG as a whole. For your dedication, your commitment, your loyalty and for always being able to rely on you 100%. There is nothing more valuable and you are a true role model!!! The customers love you – and so does the team. No wonder, with all the expertise you have and, above all, your determined yet always loving and helpful manner. Throwback to the UCI Road Cycling and Para-Cycling Road World Championships Zurich 2024. For Feldschlösschen Getränke AG, as an official partner of the UCI Road World Championships 2024, we planned and implemented an impactful sampling for Feldschlösschen Alkoholfrei Weizenfrisch around the race track and the fan zones in downtown Zurich – thanks to its isotonic effect, it is the perfect companion and a tasty thirst quencher not only, but also after sports.   In keeping with the occasion, some of the USP teams were also on the road with branded bicycles as sampling containers – and the sporty dress with cap as a racing driver in the “Feldschlösschen team” were an absolute eye-catcher (and led to many questions about where the outfit could be bought...).
