What is the best thing that the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa has to offer their employees? A major plus point are the numerous benefits in the region that employees receive. I find it particularly noteworthy that there is an exclusive Spa Night for us once a month. We have a great diversity of people in the hotel, which makes the work very interesting. A big plus is the colleagues who work here. We are all truly one team. What has been your most memorable moment at the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa so far? I experience many beautiful moments every day. However, I can say in general that the Kids Club has truly become my second home. I was curious to experience 5-star hospitality and wanted to stay in Interlaken. The hotel fascinated me, and I wanted to be part of the Grande Dame of Interlaken. What is the best thing that the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa has to offer their employees? At the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa, there is a very exciting work environment with many different opportunities. I enjoy interacting with our guests from all over the world. What has been your most memorable moment at the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa so far? If there hadn't been so many beautiful moments after nearly 35 years, I probably wouldn't be here today (laughs)! I experience many great moments daily, be it with guests or within the team. However, a very special moment for me was when I had a personal exchange with a former Federal Councillor and a former UN Secretary-General. The employees are the best part for me. What has been your most memorable moment at the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa so far? A celebration was organized for me by a colleague when I turned 50.
