🆕 A lot of news from xFarm Technologies during Eima International. 💧 Sensorless Irrigation, a new option of the Irrigation Module, assesses leaf water content (NDWI) via satellite without the need to install sensors. 🌱 Regenerative Agriculture, a new section of the Sustainability Module specifically designed for supply chains, was also announced. 🚜 Finally, the new xFarm Connect, the module that allows users to easily manage all their integrations, and the updated Machinery Module were presented to the public, for easier farm management and traceability. ❓ Do you want to know more? 📰 Today we are happy to announce the closing of our €36 million [$40M] round, the biggest European smart farming Series C funding round. 🤝 The round is led by Partech with its Impact fund, with participation from Mouro Capital, a FinTech vertical firm. 🖋️ Swisscom Ventures, United Ventures, and all previous institutional investors also participated in the round, demonstrating their confidence in xFarm Technologies based on its significant achievements over the past two years. 🚀 Seven years after the foundation of xFarm and two years after the Series B funding round, it is great to get such significant support from old and new investors. 📈 We intend to use the capital raised to consolidate our leadership in Europe and accelerate our expansion throughout the rest of the continent, as well as in LATAM, India, Turkey, and the US. 👨🌾 We are stronger now, and together with our investors, partners, and clients, we intend to improve our performance, develop our AI, Regenerative Agriculture, and FinTech services further, and tailor them to the needs of specific markets and customers. 📜 During the whole operation, we had the legal support of Bär & Karrer. 👉 Check out the news on Sifted https://lnkd.in/dn88hCtM #xFarmTechnologies #xFarm #RoundC

📅 During the Agri Data Green Summit, we will share the results of an important survey conducted in collaboration with our partner dss⁺. 👨🌾 This study involved over 500 farms to explore how farmers perceive and adopt regenerative agriculture practices. 🌱 The data collected provides an in-depth view of the sustainable practices used in the field, highlighting how agricultural producers are addressing the challenges related to sustainability and the environment.
