Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting: provide comprehensive data analysis, forecasts, and insights related to HR/Talent and Reward Data. Collect, cleanse, and integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and coherence. Generate ad hoc reports and respond to data queries from stakeholders.
Internal and external benchmarking studies: support benchmarking analysis through diligent job matching, data collection and integration.
Compensation Planning: Assist in the annual compensation review process with data preparation, reporting and process oversight and management.
Collaboration and Teaming: collaborate seamlessly with Talent, Finance, and Payroll teams, as well as offshore data experts.
Projects: Participate in and contribute to Reward project initiatives
Skills & Qualifications:
University Degree or equivalent higher education in a relevant field.
2-3 years of experience in a data analysis or data handling role.
Proficiency in statistical methods and data visualization tools to effectively present findings.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills and comfort in presenting data analysis results.
Previous experience in Talent/HR is highly desirable and an advantage.
Proficient in Office Suite, in particular Excel; familiarity with SuccessFactors (SF), PowerBI and/or Payroll systems is a plus.
