Axxon Mycronic has acquired modus high-tech electronics GmbH, a high-tech company based in Germany. Established in 1999, Modus offers 3D and 2D automated optical inspection (AOI) systems for coating, soldering, and component inspection within Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs), and has also developed solutions for fuel cell inspection. 🤟 Jeff Leal, our Director of Business Development and Strategy, gives Trevor Galbraith a tour of the new subsiduary in Guadalajara, Mexico. Our facility is fully equipped with a modern showroom for Axxon's dispensing and coating machines, as well as a stencil printer and inspection equipment from Mycronics HF Division. Axxon, part of Mycronic Group, celebrated the grand opening of Mexico subsidiary! On June 6, 2024, axxon Mycronic celebrated the culmination of over 2 years of work that will allow us to be closer to the customers in one of the fastest growing regions for dispensing and coating in the world. The new 3 story subsidiary will support sales, service, applications, spare parts and in the near future, light assembly to better support our growing customer base in the region.
