#FuelCellChina China Achieves New Breakthrough in Green Hydrogen Equipment! Wolong Enapter Megawatt AEM Electrolyzer Starts Series Production The launch of the 1MW system not only marks the official entry of the AEM Nexus1000 electrolyzer into the mass production stage in the Chinese market, providing strong support for global green electricity continuous hydrogen production solutions, but also demonstrates Wulong Electric Group's determination and strength in the green hydrogen energy field. As is well known, green, efficient, pollution-free, and highly coupled hydrogen production systems with wind and solar energy have become the most critical core link in the process of China's hydrogen energy transition from traditional chemical industry to large-scale green hydrogen. The release of Wulong Enapter's 1MW AEM system not only makes up for the pain points of traditional hydrogen production equipment with narrow power range, long startup time, and low coupling with wind and solar energy, but also completely avoids the dependence on precious metals, filling multiple gaps in domestic green electricity hydrogen production from technology reserves to commercial applications. The AEM system not only features a compact design, high efficiency, easy maintenance, and intelligent control, but also takes into account the actual use of customers and combines the efficiency and speed of transportation and installation. Offering high flexibility, stable parallel operation, and an impressive 80,000-hour lifespan, the system sets a new benchmark for the industry. Adopting advanced anion exchange membrane technology, the system production rate is 210Nm3/h with Power consumption of 1MW. The Nexus1000 offers a current density of 8000 A/m2, a substantial improvement over traditional ALK alkaline electrolyzers. Featuring a DC efficiency of 4.2 kWh/Nm³ and a total system efficiency of 4.8 kWh/Nm³, the suystem offers rapid dynamic response, wide operating power range, and high purity hydrogen output. The system can ramp up or down from 0 to 100% of full load in seconds and operates safely at any power level. The hydrogen produced is of exceptional purity, containing less than 5 ppm oxygen.
