    #FuelCellChina China Achieves New Breakthrough in Green Hydrogen Equipment! Wolong Enapter Megawatt AEM Electrolyzer Starts Series Production The launch of the 1MW system not only marks the official entry of the AEM Nexus1000 electrolyzer into the mass production stage in the Chinese market, providing strong support for global green electricity continuous hydrogen production solutions, but also demonstrates Wulong Electric Group's determination and strength in the green hydrogen energy field.   As is well known, green, efficient, pollution-free, and highly coupled hydrogen production systems with wind and solar energy have become the most critical core link in the process of China's hydrogen energy transition from traditional chemical industry to large-scale green hydrogen. The release of Wulong Enapter's 1MW AEM system not only makes up for the pain points of traditional hydrogen production equipment with narrow power range, long startup time, and low coupling with wind and solar energy, but also completely avoids the dependence on precious metals, filling multiple gaps in domestic green electricity hydrogen production from technology reserves to commercial applications.   The AEM system not only features a compact design, high efficiency, easy maintenance, and intelligent control, but also takes into account the actual use of customers and combines the efficiency and speed of transportation and installation. Offering high flexibility, stable parallel operation, and an impressive 80,000-hour lifespan, the system sets a new benchmark for the industry. Adopting advanced anion exchange membrane technology, the system production rate is 210Nm3/h with Power consumption of 1MW. The Nexus1000 offers a current density of 8000 A/m2, a substantial improvement over traditional ALK alkaline electrolyzers. Featuring a DC efficiency of 4.2 kWh/Nm³ and a total system efficiency of 4.8 kWh/Nm³, the suystem offers rapid dynamic response, wide operating power range, and high purity hydrogen output. The system can ramp up or down from 0 to 100% of full load in seconds and operates safely at any power level. The hydrogen produced is of exceptional purity, containing less than 5 ppm oxygen. With an output pressure of 3.5 MPa, it eliminates the need for hydrogen-oxygen separation and significantly reduces downstream compression costs. Find out more here: https://lnkd.in/gGc9feX3

    #FuelCellChina China's First Hydrogen Fuel Cell Maritime Vessel “Lihu Future” Successfully Launched It is reported that the "Lihu Future" has an all-aluminum alloy hull, is 20.5 meters long, 5.2 meters wide, and can accommodate 20 passengers. With a maximum cruising range of 200 nautical miles, it can meet the application needs of medium-sized maritime transportation scenarios. Weichai Power provided the vessel with a hydrogen power system solution. Its independently developed two 110kW marine fuel cell power generation systems serve as the main power source. The core modules adopt a "stacked" design, with a system efficiency of up to 58.8%, an output voltage of 450V to 750V, an IP67 protection level, and compliance with IEC 62283 explosion-proof safety requirements.   The system achieves 100% localization and can operate at multiple angles of pitch and roll according to shipping regulations. By adopting high-efficiency, highly integrated fuel cell technology and intelligent adaptive control algorithms, the "Lihu Future" has achieved high standards in terms of safety, reliability, and environmental friendliness. China Release White Paper on Energy Transition, Highlighting Green Hydrogen in Petrochemical and Metallurgical Industries Beijing, August 29 , 2024- The State Council Information Office of China released a white paper titled "China's Energy Transition" today, accompanied by a press conference to introduce and interpret the main content of the white paper. Comprising a preface, main body, and conclusion, the approximately 19,000-word white paper systematically expounds on China's policy concepts and practices in promoting energy transition under the new energy security strategy of "four revolutions and one cooperation." It comprehensively introduces China's positive achievements in promoting the formation of a new energy consumption model, building a new energy system, developing new energy productivity, and advancing the modernization of energy governance.   Regarding hydrogen energy, the white paper pointed out:   Accelerating the development of charging infrastructure networks and improving the layout and services of hydrogen refueling stations and natural gas refueling stations. By the end of 2023, nearly 8.6 million charging infrastructures and over 450 hydrogen refueling stations had been built.   Promoting the electrification and decarbonization of end-use energy. In the industrial sector, focusing on production heating, drying, and steam supply, the implementation of high-temperature heat pumps, electric heating, and other electricity substitutions will be promoted, and the demonstration application of renewable energy-based hydrogen production in the chemical and metallurgical industries will be pushed forward.   Promoting the transformation and upgrading of the petrochemical industry and strengthening the research and application of renewable hydrogen production and carbon dioxide hydrogenation to produce chemical products.   Exploring hydrogen pipeline transportation and building integrated transportation energy service stations with oil, gas, electricity, and hydrogen at traditional gas stations and refueling stations.   Strengthening energy technology collaborative innovation. Focusing on national major projects such as nuclear power, oil and gas, and key research and development plans such as advanced renewable energy technologies, energy storage and smart grids, hydrogen energy, and clean and efficient utilization of coal, energy technology innovation plans will be formulated and implemented to strengthen top-level design for technological innovation.   Find out more here: https://lnkd.in/gv7deCxk
