EDM, a big electric utility in Mozambique, upgraded its data communications by switching from the SDH optical fiber standard to the more advanced fgOTN. This improvement was easy for EDM staff to learn while giving the utility the high bandwidth and low latency needed to distribute power efficiently to homes and businesses. Muy contentos de anunciar nuestro acuerdo con el COIT AEIT Colegio Oficial y Asociación Española de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación, una colaboración con el objetivo de fortalecer la formación en tecnologías digitales y promover el desarrollo de talento en el sector de las telecomunicaciones en España. Esta alianza se enmarca en la estrategia de ambas entidades para fomentar el acceso a conocimientos especializados y reforzar la capacitación de los ingenieros de telecomunicación en tecnologías clave. La firma del convenio permitirá el desarrollo de actividades conjuntas en ámbitos de interés común, como la organización de seminarios, jornadas técnicas, cursos y congresos centrados en la formación y divulgación de tecnologías digitales.
