Silver sintering has become a dominant bonding technology for reliable high power electronics packaging. However, silver is expensive, has a large carbon footprint and is prone to electromigration. Copper has emerged as superior alternative due to its excellent thermal and electrical properties, improved creep resistance, low cost, easy recyclability, and lower carbon footprint.   At PCIM Asia our CEO Sri Krishna Bhogaraju will present more insights on “Reduced total cost of ownership with copper sintering” on Thursday August 29 at 15:30. The presentation is part of the technical conference and will be held at the meeting Room 9B.
