Introducing our Project Manager Lead Tania Fanchette, with 12 years of experience at SGS & Co. Starting as an operator, she steadily advanced to leading larger teams with a proactive and forward-thinking approach. Her favorite part of the job? Building strong relationships with her co-workers, knowing that teamwork fuels success. She empowers her team to find their own solutions, encouraging growth rather than spoon-feeding them. As a mom of a 7-year-old, she’s learned that patience and understanding lead to better results at home and with her team of 14 project managers. She firmly believes that every role deserves respect—without her project managers, she wouldn't be their leader. Her guiding principle? "Never put limits on what you can achieve."
