There are 1,287 workers and employees in Wenzhou Weilan and Wenzhou Sunrise. 85% are from other cities and provinces. Without their effort, there would not be a growing Weilan and Matt. It is not easy for them to take care of their family and also their work. For each summer, we will invite their kids to Group apartment and allow them to live together with their parents. We held the Weilan 2024 Awards ceremony last Friday. It has been 26 years since we started the 1st factory, Wenzhou Sunrise Sunglasses(Matt Group). There are 1257 employees(Wenzhou Weilan and Wenzhou Sunrise) who attended this big party. We always welcome new employees and cherish their talents but also thank the senior employees. There are 378 staff have worked in Weilan and Sunrise for more than 10 years. Their effort is the foundation of the Weilan Group's rapid growth. Below is the monthly meeting speech delivered by King today. Wenzhou Weilan is 27 years old in 2024. We are strong and keen in quick reaction to customers's requests. However, my senior staff have some regular concepts we can not change. They understand Weilan deeply but they may be reluctant to accept and understand the new requests or new rules made by new customers. Weilan is an eyewear group, that embraces the new excellent customers every year. We will not teach customers by our old rules or so-called experience. Our key goal is to understand new customers and new requests. In 2024, we have some new challenges which I call motivation. Unfortunately, when I delivered the requests to my team, some of my team members would tell my sales team or me that it was impossible. My solution is to respect their thought, as it is they help me create the Sunrise and Weilan but I will hire the ones who believe that we can hit the customers' goal and show the result to the team who do not trust we can make it.
