Social Media Manager (English)

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of various platforms, and a track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies. This role will be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness and growth.

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive and innovative.

Content Creation and Management{{:}}

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
• Develop a content calendar and ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality content.

Community Engagement{{:}}

• Monitor, respond to, and engage with the community on social media platforms to build relationships and foster community growth.
• Handle customer inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Campaign Management{{:}}

• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Brand Consistency{{:}}

• Ensure all social media content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and messaging.
• Uphold brand integrity across all social media platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
• Graphic design and video editing skills.
• Experience in a legal or virtual staffing environment is a plus.
• Willing to work on the 8{{:}}00 AM - 4{{:}}00 PM Pacific Standard Time schedule
• Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
