RTX 3090 Strix Stock in IL

Hello,

I have questions about availability of the 3090 Strix at the Chicago IL store. I live in Wisconsin and I am trying to get a 3090 Strix from the microcenter at the IL store for my 21st birthday gift. I am fairly new to the pc building community and I've been saving money for a long time trying to get a rig and I only need a GPU to complete my build. I don't know if you could help another hopeless stranger like me find a GPU sooner but I need anything at this point to help.

P.S. If I was to buy a GPU from the store would I be able to bring in my parts and build my PC there at the store?
