The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rigging, maintaining, and repairing yacht rigging systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and performance of our yachts' rigging systems. Key Responsibilities: - Install, inspect, maintain, and repair yacht rigging systems, including masts, sails, and other rigging equipment. - Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or areas needing repair. - Perform rig tuning and adjustments to optimize yacht performance. - Work with a variety of materials including wire, rope, and synthetic fibers. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure all rigging tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. - Provide expert advice on rigging solutions and improvements. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.     📍Now Hiring: Marine Electrician 📍 Location: Devon, UK We are looking for qualified electrician with proven knowledge in the Marine sector. You will need to be self-motivated individual who is able to deliver to a high standard.  carryout Electrical maintenance and installation works. Suitable candidates need a sound knowledge of fundamental electrical installation working practices in Industrial and Marine environment and be capable of working to a consistent high standard, working well within mixed trade teams and willing to help other trades to complete projects. The main responsibilities of this role will include: - To perform electrical maintenance, repair, and installation activities - Ensuring all safety and performance standards are met. - Liaise with customers and complete required documentation. - Read and interpret electrical drawings. - Basic fault finding on electrical circuits and equipment as required. - Follow safe systems of work required by our and customer SHEQ processes. - Must be willing to obtain security clearance. - Recognised electrical qualifications to NVQ level 3 or equivalent. - Have good decision making and communications skills. - Strong practical problem-solving skills. - Able to work under pressure and within a team. - An eye for detail. - Good all-round electrical knowledge.
