This inspired the creation of our 👪Parents Academy, a series of events and learning sessions organized by the CSR+ Driver to empower parents in the workplace. For the first event, the professionals from Psychological Center S.O.V.A. visited us in the office for a workshop focused on adaptation after maternity/paternity leave. Through engaging exercises, open discussions and first-hand advice from two brilliant colleagues who are also parents of three, current and future parents learned how to cope with guilt, achieve work-life balance and more. Bees play a vital role in sustainable development and biodiversity, but sadly, they are increasingly under threat, and local beekeepers are facing numerous challenges. As part of our #CSR efforts this year, we have proudly launched a dedicated campaign titled “Bring Back the Buzzz”. In partnership with Истински мед, a Bulgarian organization that aims to build sustainable beekeeping in Bulgaria, we have adopted four beehives in Varna and Sofia to support local beekeepers. During a special event, Sergey Petrov, the founder of Istinski Med, have introduced us to the secrets and the challenges of beekeeping, emphasizing the importance of bees for preserving our ecosystems. Through educational sessions, inspiring events and the sweet benefit of having local honey in the office 🍯, we are striving to spread awareness and encourage our people to contribute to the preservation of these essential pollinators. #CSR #SaveTheBees #Sustainability #SustainableDevelopment #CSREvents
