🌟 Skills@Work: Learning, Sharing & Growing Together! 🌟 Last week, DTC Prague hosted an inspiring Skills@Work workshop for all three DTCs Prague (Commerzbank Digital Technology Center Prague), Lodz (Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Poland) and Sofia — a fantastic opportunity to exchange ideas, spark collaboration, and explore new ways to grow professionally as one Digital Technology Center. 💡 What is Skills@Work? Originally launched in Lodz, this program helps employees of Commerzbank AG expand their skills, develop their careers and connect with like-minded colleagues through four key pillars: 🔹 Guilds – Communities of practice for knowledge-sharing on specialized topics. 🔹 Trainer Academy – Peer-led training sessions on tech & methodologies. 🔹 Coffee Learning Sessions – Informal discussions over coffee to share insights & best practices. 🔹 Big-Up Mentoring – A structured mentoring program for career growth. ✨ What happened in Prague? We didn’t just talk about Skills@Work — we lived it! In two dynamic days, we exchanged experiences, discussed how to bring local initiatives in Prague and Sofia under this one „Skills@Work“ umbrella and how we can build an even stronger learning culture together. 🌍 Collaboration knows no borders! It was fantastic to connect with our colleagues from different locations. And because learning isn’t just about workshops, we wrapped things up with a beautiful walk around Prague and a dinner — because great ideas (and friendships!) grow even better outside the office.
