Today, we would like to introduce Mathieu Escande, the Global Head of IT Services within Sandoz technology procurement. In 2023, Mathieu joined Sandoz Technology as a strategic procurement advisor, contributing to the company’s future from a technological perspective. In this role, he oversees the IT Services category, manages strategic supplier relationships, leads the Contracting Task Force, and work together with the Sandoz Technology senior leadership team on IT Services strategic initiatives. “Sandoz has provided me with the most valuable procurement experience of my career. Every day, I expand my knowledge and skills while tackling intellectually stimulating challenges. First week we focused on spotting and avoiding phishing attacks through live hacking demo and interactive sessions with guest speakers. PACE Week 2024 at Sandoz in Prague – this is a wrap! We were proud to be part of the first-ever Global Patient and Customer Engagement Week (“PACE” Week), an initiative dedicated to Patients, Access, Collaboration, and Empowerment. This week – packed with events about our products and patients – offered our associates opportunities to listen firsthand to stories and perspectives of patients and customers. Marina Vankova, our P&O Head, on her key highlights: “For me, the highlights were the session ‘Insights from the Production’ with our guests from Poland and Germany, where we learned interesting facts about factory operations, and the local session about our project Terrapino, a mobile app focused on the screening and prevention of Alzheimer’s disease.
