Last week, we hosted our first ever Health & BioTech meet up in San Francisco! 🧬✨ Together with LUMUS Investment Collective  and Eldison, we brought founders, investors, and ecosystem builders together for an intimate afternoon of honest conversations - from fundraising struggles to building at the edge of science. We jumped into a panel with inspiring founders: 🎙️ A highlight: our founder panel with - Armand Cognetta (General Proximity) - Daniel Georgiev (Sampling Human) - Yashar Seyed Vahedein, Ph.D. (Coredio) moderated by the brilliant Lucia Cerchlan. 🌉 Last week in SF, we gathered some of the brightest minds building the future of agentic AI. Tensor Ventures co-sponsored the Founder & Developer Dinner alongside BAG Ventures, SignalFire, and Citizens Private Bank. The highlight of the evening was a talk from our portfolio startup Superface, who are building the connectivity layer for AI agents - enabling them to autonomously discover and interact with APIs. No manual integration. No hardcoding. Just agents. It was also a chance to meet others working on agentic AI and have honest conversations about what’s working and what’s not. Biotech isn’t your typical startup game. 🧬 Recently, we co-hosted a Health & Biotech meetup with Tensor Ventures and LUMUS Investment Collective in SF. 🇺🇸 Bringing together founders, #investors, and ecosystem builders shaping what’s next in healthcare. Our very own Jana Buresova and Stefan Surina were there too, and these are the two main takeaways they brought back: 🧪 Biotech takes time (and cash): Even without clinical trials, building, testing, and proving biotech solutions takes more time and funding. 💡 The big question? Who finds who: Does the founder find the idea, or does the idea find the founder? Last chance for the Czech Republic to jump on the quantum wave? 🇨🇿 🚀 With Czech Technical University in Prague opening a brand new field of study in quantum computing and technologies, finally the Czech Republic is taking necessary steps to become (hopefully) a relevant player in the quantum era. I recently had a great conversation with Forbes Česko about why now is the moment to focus on quantum, and how crucial it is to foster innovation locally - from education to startups, the ecosystem is starting to take shape. We’re open to collaborating with Czech quantum researchers, founders, and projects. If you're building something in this space, let's talk. Only if all pieces of the puzzle are working together, then there's a chance the Czech Republic can get on the global quantum map. 🗺️

Bringing together AI researchers, GPU experts, and open-source enthusiasts for lightning talks and short demos from teams at Lambda, Baseten, LinkedIn, Scale AI, Together AI, Nebius, and TensorWave. We’re proud to support our portfolio founders, like Andrey Cheptsov, not just with capital, but by helping build communities around the world. One of the coolest moments from my first ever San Francisco trip: I watched Jensen Huang’s GTC 2025 keynote live in the morning, then ended up visiting NVIDIA’s HQ in Santa Clara, both the Endeavor and Voyager buildings, later that same day. The timing was wild. Hearing about all the new AI madness in the keynote, then walking around the actual campus a few hours later felt surreal. The building looks like something out of a sci-fi movie - super sleek. And here’s one detail I really loved: the Endeavor building was designed to reflect the geometry of NVIDIA’s GPU architecture, especially the triangular mesh structure, which mirrors how GPUs process graphics. Jensen is famously obsessed with design, and it really shows. Voyager follows the same sharp, futuristic architectural style - all symmetry, angles, and metal-meets-glass aesthetics. And yeah, don’t be surprised that you don’t see many people working in the office, pretty sure everyone was at GTC (I guess). Just filmed a few shots to capture the visual vibe on a sunny day:
