Gemeinsam schneller ans Ziel… Beim Rudern kommt es nicht auf Kraft und 💨 an. Wichtig ist es, einen gemeinsamen Takt im Team zu finden. Am Samstag, den 24. August haben 2 A. u. K. Müller Teams eine Bootsmannschaft für die #Benefizregatta #DuesseldorfamRuder gestellt und A. u. K. Müller konnte als ein Sponsor der Veranstaltung zugunsten der Krebsgesellschaft NRW e.V. unterstützen. Bei herrlichem Sonnenschein und steifer Brise haben sich 104 Teams der Challenge gestellt. Am Ende hat es leider keines der A. u. K. Müller Teams aufs Siegertreppchen geschafft, obwohl Wasser ja unser Element ist. 😉 ABER: wir haben für die Teilnahme super respektable Ergebnisse erzielt und sind als ein Team zusammengewachsen, obwohl sich die Teilnehmer zum Teil gar nicht kannten. Man könnte sagen: wir haben einen Takt gefunden. Wir sagen vielen Dank … an die Organisatorinnen und Organisatoren für die gelungene Veranstaltung vor imposanter Kulisse im Düsseldorfer Medienhafen. … an die vielen Helferinnen und Helfer und Steuerleute. … an die anderen Teams, die sich alle mächtig ins Zeug gelegt haben. Und an die starken Gewinner: Nächstes Jahr lassen wir euch nicht davonziehen 😉 … an unsere beiden Teams, die mit Ehrgeiz am Start waren und die vielen Kollegen und Familien, die unsere Teams tüchtig angefeuert haben. … an die Krebsgesellschaft NRW e.V. für ihre Arbeit. Im Kampf gegen Krebs sitzen wir alle in einem Boot. Reach your goal faster together... Rowing is not about strength and 💨 power. The important thing is to find a common rhythm as a team. On Saturday, 24 August, 2 A. u. K. Müller teams provided a boat crew for the #Benefizregatta #DüsseldorfamRuder and A. u. K. Müller was able to support the event as a sponsor for the benefit of Krebsgesellschaft NRW e.V.. In glorious sunshine and a stiff breeze, 104 teams took on the challenge. Unfortunately, none of the A. u. K. Müller teams made it onto the winners' podium in the end, even though water is our element 😉 BUT: we achieved super respectable results for taking part and grew together as a team, even though some of the participants were unable to communicate with each other. You could say: we found our rhythm. We say thank you very much ... to the organisers for the successful event against the impressive backdrop of Düsseldorf's Media Harbour. ... to the many helpers and helmsmen. ... to the other teams, who all put in a great effort. And to the strong winners: next year we won't let you get away 😉 . ... to our two teams who competed with ambition and to the many colleagues and families who cheered our teams on. ... to the Krebsgesellschaft NRW e.V. for their work. We not only want to show potential apprentices how exciting and varied an apprenticeship at A. u. K. Müller can be, but also present the #apprenticeship as an alternative to studying. You don't even notice the hot temperatures... 🔥 Unfortunately there were only three of us at training. On 24.08.2024 we will compete in full strength at #duesseldorfamruder. 💪 Be there and cheer on all the #teams. 👏 A. u. K. Müller GmbH & Co. KG is taking part with two 4-man rowing boats. "Let's work better together." 💪 When everyone is in the same boat, it has a special meaning. Our two rowing teams realised this during the first training sessions for "Düsseldorf am Ruder". 🛶 Even if everyone has the same goal: You can't get anywhere without teamwork and coordination. Coordination and technique are more important than strength. 👈 This year's charity regatta "Düsseldorf am Ruder" for people with cancer will take place on 24 August 2024. The Düsseldorf rowing club Germania has been organising the rowing event in the Medienhafen under this motto since 2015, thereby supporting the work of Krebsgesellschaft NRW e.V.
