⬆️ Made official today, we are raising the earnings outlook for FY 2024/2025. Following a solid performance in H1 2024/2025, with significantly improved adjusted EBITDA and year-on-year Group revenue growth, the Management Board raised our adjusted EBITDA guidance to between EUR 15 million and EUR 35 million. Our Group revenue growth guidance has been narrowed to +1% to +7% year-on-year. Here are the highlights of today’s release: 📶  Revenue grew 2.4% year-on-year to EUR 450.1 million in Q2 2024/2025, supported by almost double-digit growth in Germany 🔼  Adjusted EBITDA improved by more than EUR 20 million to EUR 12.8 million in H1 2024/2025 🆙  Fall/winter season started with double-digit growth in September 🚻  Active customers LTM increased from Q1 to Q2 2024/2025 🔀  SCAYLE Commerce Engine continued to deliver strong top-line growth, underpinned by over 20% year-on-year growth in annual recurring revenue in H1 2024/2025 🆕  SCAYLE Payments received the payment services license from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), laying the foundation for a unified payment process "Our efficiency measures are taking effect, while we continue to make targeted investments in marketing to drive our growth. Have you ever heard of a circus fashion show? Neither had we, but we thought this was a great idea and created a new runway format from it - the ABOUT YOU Fashion Circus.🎉 Over the years, we have organized various ABOUT YOU Fashion Weeks. Last Thursday in Berlin, we celebrated our big comeback with around 1200 visitors, consisting of our B2B partners, VIPs, and numerous creators. The creative concept was developed by our production team and implemented with the support of Circus Roncalli, who provided us with their artists and tents. 🎪 The show, a hybrid of a runway and circus performance, and was hosted by one of our Celebrity Designers Lorena Rae. Guido Maria Kretschmer took the audience's breath away with his classy collection combined with a magic show. Other partners, such as Reebok, Puma, Levi's, Lascana, and more, presented their favorite looks on the runway and with the matching vibe of the artists and dancers, made the show an unforgettable experience. ✨ In addition to the show, there was the Funfair where guests could enjoy delicious snacks and drinks from Martini, Melitta, or the Netflix Stand. What is a fair without games? Our guests could let off steam on the bouncy castle, bull riding machine, or various games of chance such as the wheel of fortune at Kiko Milano, or draw lots at the adidas stand.  🎡 The new format was not only exciting to watch but also a good opportunity to strengthen relationships with our B2B partners. Our BAS team is the direct line to our B2B partners and worked closely with each of them to get high exposure in conjunction with us. They could either have their own booth at our funfair or secure a spot in the circus program to present their cool looks, complemented by a  circus show. Q1 2024/2025 marks a solid start to our new financial year. 📶 One decade in business, we proudly announced an increase in EBITDA and positive free cash flow in today’s Q1 2024/2025 release, while reiterating our full-year guidance for Group revenue growth and adjusted EBITDA. "As we celebrate our tenth anniversary, we are proud to have strengthened our margin and liquidity through efficiency gains and cost control," says Tarek Müller, the ABOUT YOU Group's Co-Founder and Co-CEO. "In addition to the EBITDA margin, we have also improved our gross margin. Investments in marketing and technology across both our business units will be the catalyst for accelerating our Group revenue growth going forward. We recently teamed up with Techniker Krankenkasse to host our very first ABOUT YOU Kicker Championship 2024 🏆⚽️ Teams signed up with their best kicker mates to compete in an intense but friendly match against other colleagues. It was fun to see all of them showing off their skills outside of their work environment. Meanwhile, many other colleagues cheered them on to find the ABOUT YOU Kicker Champions 2024! As we all came together for this occasion, we also took the chance to watch a game of the European Football Championship together, adding to the excitement and creating joint memories. 🎉 Snacks and drinks fueled the energy, making it a perfect blend of sport and socializing.
