    Your customers are dropping off because they feel trapped, lack freedom. To keep them engaged, you need to give them a sense of autonomy. To provide autonomy, ensure these elements: ➡️ Perception & Availability of Choice: Do customers see, know, and believe they have valid choices? ➡️ Authority & Responsibility: Autonomy needs to be paired with authority and responsibility.
