Yet another small step on our journey…   We’re excited to welcome two remarkable individuals to our team as we continue building stellar people strategies within our portfolio companies: Lea and Carolin.   At Armira, we’ve always believed that our true investment isn’t in companies, but in people. But beyond that, people as part of value creation becomes a must when we look at the forecasted global talent shortage of 85 million people by 2030 and skilled talent is becoming more difficult to attract and retain.   To tap into those opportunities, we’re thrilled to introduce Lea and Carolin, who will play pivotal roles in enhancing the talent and organizational performance capabilities of our businesses and are spending 100% of their time with our Mittelstand portfolio companies. Lea, who joined us in August, brings deep expertise in strategy consulting, HR M&A, and people analytics. In October, Carolin further strengthened our team with her extensive background in experienced hiring and project management along the whole employee lifecycle.   But our commitment to people starts at home, within our Armira team. I also want to spotlight our exceptional People & Culture colleagues – Laura, who is joining us in November, Kirsten and Sarah - who are dedicated to nurturing best of industry talent. Their work is essential in fostering an environment where entrepreneurship, passion, and development thrive, ensuring that we embody the unique culture we promote within our ecosystem.   For us, investing in people isn’t just about filling roles - it’s about laying the groundwork for long lasting success. Abstich #BITS24! 🥨 Reflecting on the past few days, I’m still hyped and feel grateful for the amazing people I had the chance to connect with, for tons of great conversations and for various inspiring impulses. My personal highlight (despite the grande finale at #Oktoberfest) was the energy in the room during our Masterclass on the topic of "How to Hit the Gas Pedal? From Founder-Led Sales to a High-Performing Sales Organisation” with Christian Figge (Armira Growth) and go-to-market guru Gregor Hufenreuter. Together with founders and CxOs from the tech industry, we explored an investor's perspective on sales organizations, collaboratively developed a go-to-market maturity framework, and emphasized the critical importance of cultivating a strong sales culture from an operator's viewpoint. The news is out: We could not be more excited that our partners from Goldman Sachs Growth invested $120m in osapiens to continue building the category lead ESG platform.   I remember it as if it was yesterday when we first met Alberto Zamora, Matthias Jungblut and Stefan Wawrzinek in Mannheim 18 months ago: the ambition to build world-class tech products that make an impact, the bootstrapped mentality, and the drive to scale a European Tech champion – all the ingredients that we love at Armira Growth.   What a ride it has been since then: scaling from 150 to more than 300 osapeers, increasing the customer base by more than 450% to over 1,300 international customers, opening five offices across Europe and the US – and at the same time developing the leading all-in-one ESG software platform.   We are looking forward to the next phase of growth with our partners from Goldman Sachs, Alexander Lippert and Christian Resch.    Alberto, Stefan and Matthias (but also Thomas Alt) – we remain truly thankful for taking us, Armira Growth on this adventurous journey and we are committed to all that lies ahead of us. https://lnkd.in/d-aUfHF4
