The Cost of Quality 🔑   As The Cost of Quality is the sum of the costs incurred by prevention and correcting defects, it is a key indicator describing the success of the quality processes. For companies it means that regardless of whether it is good or bad quality - there are costs that are indispensable to a certain extent.    In the context of good quality, there are prevention measures costs in the form of targeted investment or appraisal costs through the measurement and monitoring of quality improvement activities and instruments.
