BELECTRIC relies on Mental Health First Aiders 💪💚 At BELECTRIC, the physical and mental health of our employees is our top priority. In order to support our colleagues in exceptional mental health situations, employees from various BELECTRIC departments have been trained as MHFA (Mental Health First Aid) first aiders. As part of this training, our colleagues learnt about the basics of mental illnesses and how to deal with acute mental crises such as panic attacks, among other things.
