𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐦 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐌𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇 𝐉𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧 – over the last few days, our teams from Brückner Maschinenbau and Brückner Servtec GmbH presented the latest developments for the production of specialty films, especially for the rapidly growing field of 𝐞-𝐦𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 and 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬.   Far-reaching solutions in the field of energy efficiency and sustainability were also very well received by the numerous visitors to the Tokyo trade fair. Brückner Maschinenbau, for example, presented mono-material solutions to close the life cycle of BOPP and BOPET. 𝐀 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: We at Brückner Maschinenbau were delighted to be working with Decowraps - a leading floral packaging supplier - on this exciting joint project.   Together, we were able to successfully pre-test the production of rBOPP film with up to 90% high-quality PCR material from mechanical recycling on our pilot line at our Technology Center in Siegsdorf - with the result that the mechanical and optical film properties are at a very high level. Following the successful pre-test at pilot scale , one of our customers has carried out stable mass production of this rBOPP film with a PCR content of at least 75 %.   For Sabine Weber, Technology Center at Brückner Maschinenbau, this result meets all the requirements for a modern packaging supplier like Decowraps: “With these fantastic results, we not only meet today's legal requirements, but we also offer new solutions away from plastic waste towards a circular economy.” #brückner #brücknermaschinenbau #brueckner #bruckner #filmstretching #stretchingthelimits #research #sustainability Decowraps Europe
