🏆 Historic triumph at Kona: On October 26th, Patrick Lange claimed his third Ironman World Championship title in Kona, Hawaii, adding to his 2017 and 2018 victories and setting a new course record. Powered by the Canyon Speedmax CFR, Patrick delivered an incredible comeback on the run, closing a 9-minute gap to surpass fellow Canyon athlete Sam Laidlow. When women in cycling come together, it’s more than just a meetup—it’s a movement. We invited some of the most inspiring women in the cycling industry to come together to connect, learn, and empower one another. From rainy group rides to insightful workshops; the weekend was all about forming connections, building skills, and finding inspiration. It was incredible to see such a diverse group of women coming together to collaborate. We had riders from GRL PCK and women representing brands like SRAM, LLC, Zwift, Shimano, komoot and Schwalbe - Ralf Bohle GmbH. This was about more than cycling. It was about seeing the bigger picture: Our shared goal of bringing more women into the sport we love. This past weekend, women from across the cycling industry gathered in the mountains for a retreat that was about far more than just riding. It was a powerful opportunity to connect, learn, and uplift each other in an industry that still sees challenges for women. The rides were exhilarating (and really, really wet), but what stood out most were the conversations—honest discussions about our shared experiences, the barriers we face, and how we can support one another. From conversations about leadership and industry trends to workshops on personal reflections and role models, we discovered just how much we can achieve when we collaborate. The sense of community was palpable. Women from all corners of the industry—riders, mechanics, leaders, and supporters—came together to share insights, ideas, and personal stories. We left not just with stronger skills, but with lasting connections and a renewed sense of purpose. This weekend reminded us that when women in cycling unite, we create real change. The mountains may be behind us, but the support and inspiration we gained will propel us forward. 🚀✨
