As a company with a heritage matched only in scope by our obsession with innovating for the future, we are proud to present the 140 Anniversario Oltre RC and Specialissima RC limited editions.   Just 140 of each model has been made. Numbered on the frame, and presented with a certificate of authenticity – each individual is a true collector’s piece, a dream bike deserving of the name.   The stunning visual effect on both frames is executed with the use of a photochromic paint layer. Through this layer you can clearly see the raw, black UD carbon fibre of each individual frame transformed beneath.   The colour of the collection flows from our greatest icon, associated with Bianchi throughout history. It is celeste reinterpreted through the prism of precious gems, amethyst, nebulae and light dispersion. The Aquila RC is a step forward in aerodynamics, the product of deep data analysis and rigorous optimisation. In the testing phase, we developed a pair of moving artificial legs to consistently and repeatably analyse the interaction between the shape of the frame and the largest creator of drag, the human body. We also sought input from our elite WorldTour professional athletes, whose insight brought us closer to our goal: to build the world’s fastest time trial bike.
