🌍✨ Celebrating International Women's Day at Canyon Bicycles GmbH! ✨🌍 For the second year in a row, the Talent Engagement and Culture team organized a series of impactful events to celebrate International Women’s Day at Canyon Bicycles. 🚴♀️💪 This year, we embraced the theme of gender equality with a great lineup of activities designed to inspire, educate, and foster inclusivity across our organization. From insightful Canyon.Talks to engaging workshops, we created a space for open dialogue and learning. 🔹 Canyon.Talk: A powerful session discussing the importance of gender equality in business 🔹 Workshops: Focused on unconscious bias, gender roles, and how to integrate a gender perspective into our business practices. 🔹 Movie Night: A special screening showcasing the stories of inspiring female riders who are breaking barriers and redefining what's possible in the world of cycling. 🎥Vedangi Kulkarni We were honored to have Stella Mally, a diversity and gender expert, as our speaker and workshop host.
