COLLABORATION IS KEY 🔑   What an incredible day at the ONE CIP SUMMIT – our annual all employee meetup.  It was all about #collaboration 🤝 between PEOPLE, AI and PARTNERS – and good vibes! PEOPLE 🧠 Collaboration goes beyond meetings, presentations and exchange in the office! That’s the cip spirit: we were honored to welcome over 50 former cip colleagues who joined us from all over Germany, Austria and Switzerland for the evening celebration. And what a celebration this was! AI 🤖 Our workshops and presentations showed how collaborating cross teams and with AI can enhance our creativity and efficiency. As they say, AI won’t replace us, but rather push us to new heights by augmenting our skills. PARTNERS 🚀 Collaboration was the key theme in the motivational speech by Sebastian Kienle Ironman World Champ, on process and goals, and speakers Markus Giering Head of Marketing SPVGG GREUTHER FÜRTH and from Martin Ulber Head of Sports Marketing CE (Central Europe) PUMA Group, who shared inspiring insights on partnership and working together toward shared success. Big thanks to the amazing catering team Keepers & Cooks and Greuther Fürth for hosting an unforgettable dinner at Sportpark Ronhof | Thomas Sommer as well as orca brau, our trusted local beer supplier for special occasions! FROM EURO24 TO UNION BERLIN   Our adidas football pop-up stores in Berlin and Frankfurt were an all-round success. Great news: the store in Berlin continues. 1. FC Union Berlin spotted our store and HAD TO GET IT! This week the store experienced a Union-takeover.   Why were the stores so successful?   👩💼Motivated and proactive staff: Our people and brand ambassadors were the key to our success. Each brand ambassador was previously trained in product knowledge and marketing to ensure confident interaction with customers. Working 44 consecutive days was challenging, but our team maintained high motivation through different incentivization ideas.   📅 Smart project management & great client collaboration: Efficient project management was very important. From concept to consumer, we executed every step with precision. That’s key: > Yes-can-do mentality: Our team embraced every challenge with a positive attitude, finding solutions and making things happen no matter what. > Reliability: Consistency and dependability were our cornerstones. We delivered on our promises, ensuring every aspect of the project was handled with care. > Hands-on approach: We were actively involved in every stage, from planning to execution, ensuring that no detail was overlooked and that our clients' visions were realized to perfection.   📦 Quick & seamless restocks & logistics: Smooth logistics and timely restocks were crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service.
