Some of the clients extract and visualize data from Compliance Aspekte. Our system offers a simple solution for 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 and 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 directly from the system. Our tool has special 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, which are easy-to-understand database views. They allow users to pull and analyze data as it appears in the system without any special skills.  ➕ Additionally, Compliance Aspekte allows to create custom dashboards to display data in charts, tables, or other formats you need. In addition, our dashboards can pull data not just from Compliance Aspekte but also from other databases and tools.  ✔ This makes Compliance Aspekte a great option for departments or small organizations that want to gather analytics from multiple sources without using complicated solutions.

At Compliance Aspekte, you can 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬 to see how they depend on each other. For example, if your billing process uses software that needs a database on a server, our system shows you this relationship to help manage your work smoothly. ➕ Also, our system suggests protection goals based on these connections. So, if a process is crucial in your business, the system will note that and adjust the security level accordingly. This helps keep your business running smoothly without interruption! 

🆕 We would like to introduce our latest '𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞' 𝐝𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬. This type of dashboards allows to customize data displays for analyzing specific details that aren't available in the standard Compliance Aspekte view. Users can tailor their dashboard to present the exact data needed in a clear, tabular format. ➕ Plus, you can export data from this dashboard, or any system table, directly into EXCEL or CSV formats for deeper analysis. Customize columns, apply filters, and arrange data to suit your specific requirements. This user-friendly approach eliminates the need for complex technical processes like direct database extraction. 

When a new version of the standard is released, Compliance Aspekte allows to "freeze" the current version of the concept in the history and work with the new version of the standard. This way, you can always go back to the saved version if you need to. ➕ In addition, the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐤𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭 has a mode for comparing the current version of the standard with previous ones. This is really helpful if you want to see what's changed since last year's version or since the last time you got certified. Compliance Aspekte makes it easy to spot the differences in the versions and understand what's new.

How to create a 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 in Compliance Aspekte? 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 1️⃣ : To make reports or summaries in Compliance Aspekte, start by preparing a Word document template. This template should include your desired layout, logos, colors, and any business-specific details you want in your report.  𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 2️⃣ : Within this template, insert placeholders for where you want data from Compliance Aspekte to appear.  𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 3️⃣ : Once your template is ready, upload it to the application.  𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 4️⃣ : Then select the assets you want a report on, and Compliance Aspekte will automatically fill your Word template with the relevant data from those assets. 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒇𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒆𝒔. 

Our clients sometimes ask if Compliance Aspekte has an 𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐥. Are the changes being logged and traced? Is there a possibility at any time to restore the picture of who changed what and when? ✅ At Compliance Aspekte, all changes are being logged. You can review those changes at the compliance concept level - in that case, you will see all changes ever made in the concept. You can search, filter, and group those changes, e.g., to find all changes to a specific asset or all changes done by certain users in a certain period. ➕ You can also export the information about changes into CSV or EXCEL. Alternatively, there is a possibility of reviewing changes at the level of concrete asset, requirement, threat, etc. In that case, you will only see the changes related to the selected object.  

Did you know that you can simplify compliance management by 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬 and defining requirements for entire classes? 📎 For example, if you have 100 developers' laptops, you can avoid defining requirements for each laptop. Simply create a "Developer laptop" in the asset tree and all "physical" laptops in the External Assets Import tab. This allows you to focus on the main compliance aspects and leave technical details to IT teams. ➕ Additionally, you can take advantage of this feature when importing assets. You can configure the system to recognize and update the External Assets Import tab during imports, ensuring that compliance remains centered around general assets.

📄 What happens if a new version of Standard is released? ✔ At Compliance Aspekte, we swiftly implement support for the new standard version. If necessary, we can also do it urgently upon customer request. All licensed users of Compliance Aspekte benefit from these updates without additional costs and get the latest software improvements and new versions of Standard as part of their subscription.  Each new version of Standard comes with an “upgrade package.” That means Compliance Aspekte users see all changes from the latest version of Standard. This feature highlights every modification from the previous standard version. Users can go through those changes one by one and decide if they are essential and thus require some additional actions to remain compliant or if they are cosmetic and no additional actions are required.
