Steve Fox is an R&D Manager with ten years of experience in food, beverage, and nutrition R&D. His initial work at PepsiCo Global R&D covered a broad subject matter base including natural sweeteners and delivery systems. Specialization in spray-drying and encapsulation technology led him to Glanbia Nutritionals, where he has developed an array of stabilized fat-soluble vitamin powders for supplementation and clinical nutrition applications, in addition to numerous flavor-masked bioactives. He holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Binghamton University and a Master's degree in Biochemistry from CCNY.
