We’re thrilled to announce our latest breakthrough in collaboration with Denali Therapeutics. Using our proprietary tissue clearing, cell-level imaging, and advanced computational methods, we’ve successfully mapped the full targeting profile of brain-penetrating transport vehicles (ATVs) in both whole mouse bodies and cyno monkey brains. This study uncovers the complete distribution of therapeutic molecules across deep brain regions and peripheral tissues—achieved with just a limited number of animals, thanks to our high-resolution Deep Piction technologies, rather than relying on hundreds of low-resolution studies. The insights gained not only enhance our understanding of bio-distribution but also pave the way for more effective brain delivery strategies.
