    𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 IAA TRANSPORTATION 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥? 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐯𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬. The commercial vehicle industry offers a wide range of digital services across various markets, market segments, and with different levels of innovation. This diversity makes it challenging to maintain a clear overview. To shed light on the complex landscape of digital services in the commercial vehicle industry, we conducted dicoDecode, a comprehensive industry analysis: Over the past 12 months, we’ve analyzed more than 700 digital services from over 100 providers across Europe, China, and the USA. Also, we gathered user insights across Italy, France, Spain, Germany, and the UK, revealing what end-customers truly want.
