Welcoming Our New Apprentices! We are excited to welcome nine talented individuals starting their apprenticeships with Dornbracht in Iserlohn as of August 1, 2024. Our new team members include a future media designer, an IT specialist, and an industrial mechanic. During their six-day induction week, they will explore all departments, meet colleagues, understand the production process, and dive into our extensive portfolio. A two-day excursion organized by senior apprentices will help them forge valuable connections. "We are thrilled to have new talents on board and strive to make their transition as smooth as possible. We want them to feel at home and build a network of valuable contacts. The peer-level exchange from day one is incredibly important for their development and is a crucial part of our learning culture," emphasizes Lina Dreising, People Development Specialist.
