Great exchanges at the first General Assembly of the #TwinEU project at the E.ON Energy Research Center⚡in Aachen During these past 2 days, the 8 project demonstrators have presented their development progress🛣 and identified use cases, as well as discussed diverse applications of cloud/edge computing, machine learning/AI, high-performance computing and big data🔢 to power digital twins💡 Within the German demonstrator, led by our colleague Felix Dorsemagen, we're working on grid monitoring🔌, grid planning and end-to-end flexibility management with a focus on congestion management, taking envelio’s Intelligent Grid Platform as the basis to develop the digital twin We’re very excited to be part of a project that will enhance observability, controllability and real-time monitoring🔎 in our grids, and that supports TSO-DSO interaction through enhanced data exchange🤝 Looking forward to the next developments and further collaboration with our demonstrator colleagues🚀💪
