JEC Paris - Expert lecture Sustainablity Dr. Fiorenzo Lenzi explains how the formulation of sustainable resins, natural fillers and manufacturing concepts resulted in sustainable products, that for example have found applications for cabin interior tanks to the improved fire retardancy and fire resistance performance. A special focus is given to the role of Mica that can be used as natural reinforcement not only into traditional applications such as battery protection but also as protective fire layer in composite structures.
