Archives connect us to our past, fostering reflection, and inspiring us to build a better future. 🎞️ While archiving and records management are often overlooked, from an institutional perspective, preserving this memory is essential, since it is core evidence of an organisation’s activities, knowledge, and expertise. 🗯️ As the new EMBL archivists say: an organisation with no past has no future. Discover more about the importance of archiving and record-keeping, while meeting the two EMBL archivists, Alexander Barrington and Miten M.: https://lnkd.in/dpNKmR2k
