Harke, Rechen & Co: Die Auszubildenden und dualen Student:innen unserer Zentrale haben kürzlich zwei Social Days eingelegt. Mit wetterfester Kleidung haben unsere Nachwuchskräfte gemeinsam mit Johanna Tewes und Nina Pohlmann im Allwetterzoo Münster fleißig dabei geholfen, Gebäude zu säubern sowie Gehwege und Grünflächen von dem Herbstlaub zu befreien, das gerade zuhauf von den Bäumen fällt. Ab Sommer 2025 stehen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wiener Flughafen flexible Wachstumsflächen für Kunden aus den Bereichen Fashion & Lifestyle, Healthcare und Consumer Products zu Verfügung. From summer 2025, flexible growing spaces for clients from the fashion & lifestyle, healthcare and consumer products industries will be available in the immediate vicinity of Vienna Airport. It's a hack: Der erste FIEGE Hackathon ist Geschichte - und was für eine! Wir sind überwältigt von den innovativen Ideen und praktischen Anwendungen, die unsere Kolleg:innen binnen 48 Stunden aus dem Boden gestampft haben. Eins wurde bei der Abschlusspräsentation deutlich: Jedes Team hat unfassbar viel Mühe, Gehirnschmalz und Kreativität in die Lösung seines Problems investiert - was gerade in den späten Abendstunden sicherlich den einen oder anderen Energie-Riegel erfordert hat. Entsprechend groß war das Lob unserer interdisziplinären Jury. 🚀🥳📣 Auch wenn bei einem Hackathon der olympische Gedanke zählt, konnte natürlich nur einer unserer drei Tracks den Hauptpreis abräumen. Herzlichen Glückwunsch an alle Hackis, die sich im Customer Track mit der Frage auseinandergesetzt haben, wie wir noch schneller digitale Produkte entwickeln und so mehr Effizienzgewinne im operativen Geschäft für uns und unsere Kunden ermöglichen können. 🌐🔗📈🥇 Wir halten fest: Mit dem ersten FIEGE Hackathon haben unsere Vorständin Kenza Ait Si Abbou und ihr Team ein tolles neues Veranstaltungsformat in der FIEGE Welt etabliert. We are overwhelmed by the innovative ideas and first implementations that our colleagues came up with in just 48 hours. One thing became clear during the final presentations: each team invested an incredible amount of effort, brainpower and creativity in solving their problem – which, especially in the late evening sessions, certainly required the odd energy bars. The accolades from our cross-disciplinary jury were correspondingly high. 🚀🥳📣 Even though it is the Olympic spirit that counts in a hackathon, of course only one of our three tracks could win first prize. Gemischtes Hack: Im Workshop-Bereich des X-Dock in Münster herrscht gerade organisiertes Chaos. Denn pünktlich um 13 Uhr eröffneten Felix Fiege und Kenza Ait Si Abbou den ersten FIEGE Hackathon. Das mittlerweile nicht nur unter Techies bekannte Veranstaltungsformat bringt Expert:innen zusammen, die in gemeinschaftlicher Umgebung und einem begrenzten Zeitraum an der Lösung konkreter Probleme arbeiten. 👨💻👩💻💭⏱️ Für uns geht es vor allem darum, in unserem Familienunternehmen die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit zu fördern, noch mehr Kolleg:innen für Themen wie Tech & Innovation zu begeistern und den bestmöglichen Nährboden für die schnelle Lösung geschäftsrelevanter Aufgabenstellungen zu bereiten. Und natürlich möchten wir mit Formaten wie dem FIEGE Hackathon auch unser Profil als moderner Arbeitgeber noch sichtbarer machen. 🤝⏩💡🎉 Für die nächsten 48 Stunden tüfteln die über 40 teilnehmenden Kolleg:innen in drei verschiedenen Tracks: Tech, Conceptual und Customer. Because right on time at 1pm, Felix Fiege and Kenza Ait Si Abbou kicked off the first FIEGE hackathon. The event, which is now known not only among techies, brings together experts who work on solving specific problems in a collaborative environment and within a limited timeframe. 👨💻👩💻💭⏱️ For us, the main aim is to promote interdisciplinary teamwork in our family business, to get even more colleagues interested in topics such as tech & innovation, and to create the best possible conditions for quickly addressing business-relevant challenges. And of course, we also want to use events like the FIEGE Hackathon to enhance our reputation as a modern employer. 🤝⏩💡🎉 For the next 48 hours, more than 40 participating colleagues will be working in three different tracks: Tech, Conceptual and Customer. Bereitet automatisch Freude: Wir denken immer noch gerne an unser "Together in Automation"-Event im September zurück. Die erste Auflage unseres neuen Veranstaltungsformats, bei dem wir mit unseren Gästen aus vielen verschiedenen Branchen in die Welt der Automatisierung eingetaucht sind, war ein voller Erfolg.
